What Was/Is The Inspiration For Esoteric Insight?

Esoteric Insight owner Benjamin Todd has always dreamed of creating this company. This company is simply an extension of Benjamin and what he stands for. Why Do You Have Your Own Social Media and Forums?

We saw and felt the need for a spiritual community. Love and Light are amazing of course, but true spirituality is the unity of the higher self and the lower self. Other communites and groups are uncomfortable with addressing the shadow self. We embrace that half of us so we can fully love and accept ourselves. In our community, you will see conversations about the higher self and the lower self to help others on every part of their journey. Some examples of the lower self we speak about: the ego, supernatural, cryptids, dark magic, etc. We also offer the loving embrace of a high vibrational social group where you are free to truly express yourself without judgement.
Why Do You Have Multiple Sub Brands Like Apparel, Guide, Trane, Artwork?

We have plans for multiple sub brands under our parent brand, Esoteric Insight. Our goal with Esoteric Insight is to expand into multiple different categories of business. To help keep this plan organized, we separate the different followings we have for each sub brand. Each sub brand has its own Instagram page, and website section. Our Facebook page includes all of our sub brands.

We price our Products and Services differently depending on each one's specifics. For Products we base prices on: 1. Shipping Cost 2. Material Cost 3. Originality of Artwork 4. Time Consumption of Making Artwork For Services we base prices on: 1. Time Consumption to Provide Service 2. Length of Service 3. Cost of Materials 4. Personal Energy Cost of Providing Service 5. Do You Design All Of Your Apparel?

Yes, we design all of our apparel. Each design is drawn or digitally made by Esoteric Insight owner Benjamin Todd.
How Do You Price Your Products/Services?

Why Are There No Refunds On Services?

We do not offer refunds on services to protect our time and energy. If we complete a service for a client and then a client cancels, we cannot refund our time and energy for providing that service. If a client is unhappy with their received service, we will do our best to accommodate them.
How Does This Chat Work?

If you are a guest on the site(meaning you haven't made an account yet), you will only be able to message me. I am Esoteric Insight owner Benjamin Todd and it's great to meet you! Once you make an account however, you will be able to message any member on the site directly like Facebook Messenger!
Can I Use This Chat On Every Page?

Yes! Every page will have the chat on the bottom right hand corner.
Will I Be Notified When Someone Messages Me?

Yes! A little number notification will appear on the chat box when you have a new message.
Can We Make A Group Chat?

Yes! Members are able to chat individually with each other, or form a new group chat with whoever they choose!
